Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 22, 2026
DI Agency ("we") respects your privacy. This page describes what data we collect through the site, why, and how we handle it.
Data controller
DI Agency is the operator of this website and the party responsible for the personal data described in this policy. Questions about this policy or your data can be sent to the contact email listed below.
What we collect
Through the form on the Contact page we receive: your name, a way to reach you (email or Telegram), and your message describing the project. We don't request payment details, passwords, or other sensitive data through the site.
Why we collect it
The sole purpose is to respond to your request: to reach out, discuss the project, and put together a proposal. Form data is not used for marketing emails without separate consent.
Storage & third parties
We don't sell your data or share it for advertising purposes. Contact form submissions are sent directly to our team's email inbox and are not shared beyond that. With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand site traffic — see "Cookies & analytics" below for details. We retain contact form submissions for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry. If no project engagement follows, we delete or anonymize your submission within 12 months of your last contact with us. If a project proceeds, submission data may be kept for the duration of the business relationship and a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping purposes. You can request earlier deletion at any time (see "Your rights" below). If we later route submissions through an external service (CRM, email provider), this policy will be updated to name it.
International data transfer
Some of the services we use to operate this site may process data outside your country. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards recognized under applicable data protection law to keep your data protected, regardless of where it's processed.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we act promptly if we become aware of a risk.
Cookies & analytics
With your consent (the banner shown on your first visit) we run Google Analytics 4 for basic traffic stats — which pages get viewed, where visitors come from, what devices they use. GA4 uses cookies and shares anonymized data with Google; we enable IP anonymization. If you decline in the banner, GA4 never loads at all. Separately from analytics, we store your chosen interface language (RU/EN) in your browser's localStorage — a technical setting that never leaves your device. You can change your analytics choice at any time on the Cookie Policy page.
Your rights
You can request deletion or clarification of any data you've shared with us at any time by emailing the contact address on this site.
Children
This site and our services are intended for businesses and are not directed at children under 16. We don't knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with data, please contact us and we'll remove it.
